Front of House Manager – Boutique Spa Studio (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front of House Manager to join our small but mighty team at a growing luxury skincare and wellness studio. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a beautiful, serene space where personalized client experience is everything.

Your Role:
You’ll work directly with the founder to manage the day-to-day operations of the studio. This is a pivotal, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a boutique, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the appointment calendar and supporting client bookings
• Opening and closing the studio
• Checking clients in and out with warmth and professionalism
• Handling phone calls, client inquiries, and retail sales (in person + by phone)
• Communicating inventory needs and studio updates with owner
• Coordinating in-store events and supporting marketing efforts
• Packing and shipping orders
• Keeping the front of house clean, calm, and beautifully presented

• Highly organized and proactive
• Friendly and composed under pressure
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with booking software, POS systems, and email)
• Detail-driven and service-oriented
• Loves skincare, wellness, and creating elevated guest experiences
• Available 3–5 days per week with flexibility on scheduling
